You must keep your login credentials — username and password — secure and must not share them with anyone. You are personally responsible for all betting and financial activity that takes place on your account.

3. Deposits and Withdrawals

3.1 Deposit Methods

You can deposit on hi98 using KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay. The minimum deposit amount is 3,000 Ks. Please make sure all required payment details are correctly filled in when making a deposit.

3.2 Withdrawals

The minimum withdrawal amount is 30,000 Ks. Withdrawals are normally processed within 10–45 minutes. Withdrawals can only be made via KBZPay, Wave Money, and AYA Pay.

3.3 Financial Verification

For any deposit or withdrawal, hi98 may carry out a KYC (Know Your Customer) check. Withdrawals will only be processed once the check is complete. If a suspicious financial verification is pending, hi98 may place the withdrawal request on hold.

4. Bonuses and Promotions

4.1 Welcome Bonus

At hi98, you can claim a 200% welcome bonus on your first deposit, up to 500,000 Ks. For example — if you deposit 20,000 Ks, you will receive a 40,000 Ks bonus, bringing your account balance to 60,000 Ks. To withdraw the bonus, you must wager 40,000 Ks × 20 = 800,000 Ks first.

4.2 Bonus Terms and Conditions

• If irregular play is detected after claiming a bonus — such as opposing bets — the bonus may be forfeited.
• To withdraw bonus funds, you must first meet the specified wagering requirement.
• Bonus withdrawal is allowed once per person.
• The bonus cannot be withdrawn mixed with cash — it can only be withdrawn in full once the wagering condition is met.

4.3 Promotion Changes

Every hi98 VIP level comes with a weekly cashback reward. There are five levels, and you can move up based on your betting volume and play quality.

• Bronze — up to 0.2% weekly cashback
• Silver — up to 0.5% weekly cashback
• Gold — up to 0.7% weekly cashback
• Platinum — up to 1.0% weekly cashback
• Diamond — up to 1.2% weekly cashback

VIP level decisions and cashback calculations are based on hi98's internal system, and those decisions are considered final.

6. Gaming Conduct and Prohibitions

6.1 Fair Play

Players must respect the fair play policy in all games. The use of any bot software, automated computer programs, collusion, or assistance software is strictly prohibited.

6.2 Anti-Money Laundering

Using the hi98 platform for money laundering of any kind is strictly prohibited. If suspicious deposit or withdrawal patterns are detected, hi98 may suspend activity and conduct an investigation.

6.3 Dispute Resolution

7. Platform Suspension and Termination

hi98 may suspend or terminate any player's access to the platform with or without prior notice — particularly if a breach of these terms, provision of false information, or illegal activity is found.

In the event of termination, hi98 will only return funds that cannot be shown to be illegitimate. Bonuses and winnings obtained through non-compliant wagering will be handled at hi98's discretion.

hi98 cannot be held responsible for losses experienced by players due to network connectivity issues, server downtime, or delays from third-party payment service providers. In such cases, hi98 will do its best to resolve the issue as quickly as possible, and players are encouraged to play from a location with a stable internet connection.
